Requirements to the education level:

• when applying for bachelor programs, a student shall have the education level corresponding to the general secondary education;
• when applying for master programs, a student shall have the education level corresponding to the bachelor’s education or higher;
• when applying for PhD programs, a student shall have the education level corresponding to the specialist’s or master’s education.

Requirements to the language level:

The official languages of instruction at Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University are Russian and English.

If you apply for study programs in Russian, you should have at least B1 level of Russian language and a certificate of B1 level of Russian as a foreign language. Click here.

Other students with insufficient language level have an option to take a 1-year Russian language Preparatory course (1008 academic hours).

Preparatory course is not compulsory for students who successfully passed the entrance exams (in this case, students are automatically enrolled at the chosen university program).
